The CCS Liquidation Trust is a Special Purpose Vehicle Registered and Supervised Entity in the Commonwealth of Dominica under the Companies Act 1994 (Act 21) and its being managed via an Independent Executive Committee composed by shareholders under supervision of its Trustee Insolvency practitioner Ms Maria Escudero Martinez the “trustee” of CCS Real Estate Liquidation Trust.

Insolvency Practitioner and CPA Maria Escudero Martinez is an International Insolvency Auditor and Practitioner with extensive experience as a forensic accountant, financial auditing and as an acting Liquidator in cross border insolvency practices, acting as the Liquidator of Cathedral Core Services LP (In Liquidation) was appointed as Trustee by the Appointor of the Trust, currently managing the Trust with the assistance of the Executive Committee and the Audit and Supervisory Committee.
Jorge Miranda M
Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Trust
Currently acting as the Chairman, was voted and ratified by the members of the Executive Committee of the Trust. Has extensive experience in Federal and National Governmental Entities in Mexico, and is an expert in budget allocation and distribution. He participates within various Non Profit Organizations and the Interamerican Human Rights Court.
L. Susana Cruickshank
General Secretary of the Executive Committee
Currently acting as the General Secretary of the Executive Committee and voted and ratified as Secretary by the Executive Committee of the Trust. Mrs Cruickshank is a Sociologist with Masters in International Cooperation for Development. Has been working for over 25 years on planning & deployment of social projects, working for NGO’s, grassroots organizations, International Foundations and Government Entities.
Pilar Medrano
Executive Committee Member
Ms. Medrano is a Graduated Public Accountant from the Iberoamerican University in Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico, with multiple studies and certifications in Family and Sociological Sciences, works as a volunteer in various charities in Mexico and has a Masters Degree in Ericksonian Physiotherapy.
Alfonso de la Vega
Chairman of the Audit and Supervisory Committee
Mr. de la Vega is currently in charge of all Audit and Supervisory Activities within the SPV and is the Chairman of the Audit and Supervisory Committee, is a Graduated and Certified Public Accountant having extensive experience in Management and Accounting, It worked as an External auditor for over 10 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers in Latin America. It also participated within the Management Team of Bacardi & Co. acting as its Foreign Trade Director for a period of over 19 Years.
